JOSAA 2nd Round Seat Allotment 2023 Download Link: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the JOSAA 2nd Round Seat Allotment 2023 on 6 July 2023 on its official website josaa.nic.in. Aspirants have to fill JEE Main/ JEE Advanced 2023 application number, password and security pin to get the JOSAA Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2023.
Aspirants will be allotted seats via JOSAA Second Round Seat Allotment Results 2023 as per their merit in the qualifying exam, choices filled by them and the availability of seats in the participating colleges. JoSAA will share the Round 2 seat allotment for the remaining seats. Aspirants who have selected the Freeze option in the Round 1 of seat allotment result will not be participating the subsequent counselling rounds.
JOSAA 2nd Round Seat Allotment 2023
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the second list of counselling on Thursday, i.e. 6 July 2023, on its official website- josaa.nic.in. The seat allotment of JoSAA 2023 round 2 will begin on 6 July 2023, while the list for the third round of counselling will be released on July 12 by 5 pm. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) had started the process of counselling and choice filling from 10 am on June 19 after the JEE Advanced exam results.
Aspirants should note that those seeking admission in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information and Technology (IIITs) and other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) have to clear the JoSAA 2023 counselling process. josaa.nic.in Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2023
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has declared the result for the first round of counselling 2023 on 30 June 2023, now the result for the second round of counselling will release on 6 July 2023. Aspirants can visit the official website josaa.nic.in to check the results. A total of 56339 aspirants have been allotted seats for admission in session 2023-24 in 114 government-aided technical institutions including IITs, NITs, IIITs. The admission process has started for those who were allotted seats for round one.
These aspirants have to report in the colleges by 5 pm today. Aspirants who had opted for the freeze option in round one will not be able to participate in the next round. JoSAA releases the cutoff marks after each round and from the cutoff, aspirants can find out the closing and opening rank for admission. If your rank is higher than the JoSAA cutoff, it means that you have more chances to get admission in the college of your choice, but the JoSAA cutoff varies.
